It's been 26 days since I last wrote anything and that's not sitting well with me. In an effort to jolt myself into writing, here's a list of everything I currently have on my 'to write' list:

atlantisfilmfestival, The fest that never was because I got way too busy to remember to do anything to promote it....sigh. Still, I have an outline of my fic all done and I'd love to get something done, even if it's out with the deadline. This is a Speed AU where Rodney is fresh back from Siberia with a lapsed drivers licence that forces him to take the bus. And there's a bomb on the bus. But there's also a very sexy Detective Sheppard.

goddess47 has signed up for this create your own adventure fest and had the awesome idea of collaborating with a bunch of different people who would each write a separate choice strand of the story. I love this idea and have volunteered to write a 'they go into the temple' strand, setting up at least two more choices.

So, a few months ago I came across the brutal black project and a fic idea was born. I have this need for a fic where Rodney needs to be tatooed before the villagers of whereever will let him visit their sacred temple and he thinks, 'fine, what's one little tatoo in pursuit of a ZPM' but the one little tattoo turns out to be something as extreme as the brutal black project and I'm just fascinated how he would deal with this.

My current idea revolved around fake dating because I love that trope more than I love breathing air
