LOL Alien abduction is arguably a staple of SGA fic, if you count all the alien (but human) civilizations. So is job-related trauma.

I really like some of these. Others...I don't know.

I have to say, I've always been a real fan of "taking care of somebody" so I'm going to have to go with that. After all, that's usually the best part of the fic for me.

Yeah, there's a few on here I'm a bit wary of but it'll be a challenge. Taking care of somebody is a great one, it's added to the list :)

Rape/Non-con is a hard one to write or read, I think. And wing fic would be difficulty to do seriously. (Although given that they're in a different galaxy, nothing says it has to be any of the humans with wings...at least that's how I'd play it.)

I would like to choose ‘cuddling’, if the precipitating trauma isn’t too extreme. Perhaps because each of them do not touch nor allow themselves to be touched often, I’d think they would be very skin-hungry. Cuddling would be a real symbol of their trust in & openness to each other.

Crisis of faith could be a really interesting one, especially since faith in the traditional sense isn't really a driving force for the characters.

In the end though, I'm always a sucker for a good near death experience. I can't tell if that says more about me or the fandom.
