Writing Update 8th - 14th November

I wrote 4 out of 7 days this week which considering I was ill early in the week is ok by me.

Still working on the Secret Santa fic, chipping away slowly at it in small (almost) daily chunks. I decided not to detour into another fic idea until this is done - no matter how much I may want to whump Rodney right now!

Sitting at 3.7k at the moment, I’ve revised the finishing word count up from 5k to around 6k.

I’m still enjoying it, trying not to edit as I go, just dumping words on the page and I’ll go back and clean it all up, add or delete sections at the end.

Here’s to possibly finishing it next week!

You can do it! 4/7 is really good! And yeah, not heavily editing yourself as you go is hard. Remembering that writing is one phase and editing is a different one is hard, but good on you for forgiving yourself and pushing on. :D
