respoftwGeorge and I are in Dunfermline today for a small, local, comic convention. It’s taking place in a public park and there are lots of dog walkers and pensioners looking very bemused by the silly people dressed in silly costumes.
And then there’s this one group of three women, all looking to be in their 70s at least, who are stopping almost everyone they see in costume and asking if they can get their photo taken with them and complimenting everyone on their costumes.
In a week where Brexit is making my skin crawl, this was a lovely thing to see today.
