What was I watching this week?

Mostly Grey’s Anatomy which I decided to go back to the start on. They’re all so young in Season 1!

I also started watching The Umbrella Academy on Netflix and it’s probably only ok but my head has done that thing where it’s picked a character and went “yes, you. Welcome to the family” so basically that means I’m in love with the show. Ah, a fangirl’s life.


What was I reading this week

A new SGA series has begun posting on AO3 that I’ve found really interesting. Rodney gets a late in life diagnosis for autism that causes him to reevaluate some things. I’m really looking forward to more in the series.


What was I writing this week?

I finished and posted the second chapter of my WIP but words are still hard to find. I’m trying not to stress too much, they’ll come back when they come back.

I've been thinking about watching The Umbrella Academy, but I've noticed that I haven't been up for anything super angsty lately. I've seen posts on tumblr that talk about the kids being abused in various ways and I'm like "Mmm...maybe later."

I'm also reading the autistic!Rodney series. I'm enjoying it, though it's breaking my heart too lol. I still have to read the next installment in the Team Building series...

I've started to get the sneaky suspicion that lately all I've done is say how much I don't want angst in my media. I like angst! I'm not always so easily bothered! But reality is like a giant bruise and I don't want my media to be too, lol.

I would ask for your angstiest recs to make up for this but even on my best days I can't handle your level of angst LOL. You are the Queen. Or God Level.

Oh, who was the character you liked in TUA? I just watched S1E1 too. Mixed impressions, yeah. I must check out that SGA series!
