Note to self

I really need to spend some time writing this weekend.

Everything else has been taking precedence this past week and a half and I'm missing the actual act of sitting down to write. I'm gonna do my best to carve out some time this weekend to sit, just me, McShep and the words.

(although going to see Michael Kiwanuka last night was well worth missing some writing time; he was fantastic)

I know what it is like to have RL take over, trust me. Sometimes it is hard to carve out time for ourselves, but it is important.

::nods agreement:: I'm hoping to have a couple of hours on Saturday afternoon where I can get something small written because I miss it but I'm pretty sure I'll sit down to write and the words won't come. That would be about my luck

It sometimes feels like the stars and planets need to align in JUST the right way for writing to happen!

I saw that quote on Tumblr the other day, and thought it was kind of cute. I’m certainly not a writer, but I can relate to that thought when I’m speaking.
I love your stories. I hope you can get some writing done and are pleased with it.
