2018 In Fic

It's time for my yearly look at the statistics page on AO3.....

First Up, I know there are inherent issues with using the AO3 statistics page by year (any fics that were updated in more than one year show up in the year they were last updated which does affect 2018 stats for me since 'Three's Company' straddled both years) but I'm going with it for ease.

So, without further ado...here's some stats from my 2018 fics - Under a cut because this is genuinely of no interest to anyone but me!

46,282 hits - a kudos/hits ratio of 11.45%

These stats are waaay down on 2017 but my work life was full on this year due to a temporary promotion. I'm hoping 2019 will be better!

Three's Company at 5,230 hits, 342 kudos, 182 comment threads and 47 bookmarks

Least Hits
The Interrogator at 354 hits

Least Kudos
Time Pressure at 28 kudos

Least Comment Threads
Last Memories at 3 comment threads! Interestingly, this is the only fic I posted that isn't SGA.

Kudos/Hits Ratio
Taking the multichap fics out (because of skewed hits) my least successful fic was The Accidental Consequences of Converting with only 5.28% of the hits generating a kudos (it's really depressing so that's fair!)

My most successful, with 22.62% of hits generating a kudos was my Star Trek fic which had the least comments.

I think it’s the Accountant in me that finds statistics and numbers so fascinating. I’m glad someone else feels the same, lol.
