respoftw | 2018: 13-39

I had a week off work this week, a much needed one before year end kicks off. I did end up having to go in on Tuesday for four hours or so to sign cheques and the like because my boss ended up taking the week off because of a death in the family. My heart hurts so bad for her. I arranged for flowers sent out from all the staff to let her know we’re thinking of her.

The rest of the week was spent spending some quality time with my boyfriend, something that we so rarely get to do. We caught up on a lot of TV and movies, ate out a few times and went for walks when the weather stayed dry. It’s been nice.

Writing took a back seat this week but I managed to get Chapter 11 of ‘Three’s Company’ done and a gift fic for my friend dayzor’s birthday. I also signed up for

fandom5k, got my yahtzee prompts at

getyourwordsout and signed up for a card at

genprompt_bingo. That’ll keep me busy..... never mind all the other things I want to write. Still, I don’t particularly care if I fail at some of these so it’s low pressure. Life’s too short to get worked up about not getting a bingo, something I’ve learned the hard way!
