2018 Life Update 2-50

Two weeks down, fifty to go.

Another full on week at work; boy will I be glad when all the budgets are done! I lost a full day of work to various necessary but time consuming meetings this week and another day to one of the staff I line manage calling in sick. I had to take time out of my own workload to take on one of her tasks which took the whole damn day. Still, my second of three budgets is almost finished, it should be done tomorrow.

I discovered that Grey's Anatomy was on Amazon prime this week so I've spent a fair amount of time (too much time really) watching season 11 (I used to watch the show every week but stopped when Yang left). I might be nursing the idea of a McShep hospital AU now....I mean come on, Meredith and Shepherd? It's begging to be written.

Writing wise, I wrote and posted my picfor1000 fic which can be found here I went through about five false starts on it, one of which might turn into,something else maybe. I also settled on an idea for romancingmcshep and planned the fic out. I think it might finish around 4K?

It might be time for my first long fic of the year once I'm done....wish me luck!

Wishing you luck. Always. Work sounds stressful and challenging. But you definitely seem to have a handle on it. I think you’ve made a better start on the new year than I have :)
