Yeah, I’d definitely class Christopher Pike’s stories as young adult. It’s kind of horror lite but looking back they’re more like thrillers than horrors.I think my progression of reading these sorts of books went from Point Horror to Christopher Pike to Stephen King,
I actually reread quite a lot of my old favourite Pike’s five or six years ago when I hit 30 (reliving my youth, lol) and I was surprised by how much I still enjoyed them.
