Oh man, panic attacks SUCK. All of my brothers and myself have had them. The one time I flew to Europe, I was so worried about having one on the airplane. How ugly and horrifying would that be on a packed airplane with no escape?. I managed ok with “the good drugs” but I hate flying. I hope you are going to be ok with all this continual stress of your job.
